With grant support from National Skills Coalition, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and Martha O’Bryan Center co-lead the Tennessee Skills Coalition, working to address policy barriers that keep employers from filling middle skills jobs, jobs that require some education beyond high school. The coalition includes more than 65 chambers, employers, community-based organizations, training providers, and public sector resource partners.
